  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions

    Prepare the tomatoes (5 mins)

    • Wash and slice the heirloom tomatoes into thick rounds. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Arrange both on a large serving platter.

    Add burrata (1 min)

    • Gently place the burrata ball in the center of the tomatoes. Carefully tear it open slightly to reveal its creamy center.
